I’m really liking our new Surgeon General, Dr. Regina Benjamin. Her focus is spot on with prevention and cost cutting needing to be the guiding principles to get all Americans on the to good, long-term health.

Drive while typing, looking down, not looking at the road?
Drive no handed because you are doing something else, perhaps looking down and typing on something?

How was your Father’s Day weekend? Ours was great fun.
We love baking so any holiday offers us a time to get creative and tap into our inner “Ace of Cakes” artistic selves. For mom-related holidays, my husband takes the reins and plots with the girls the cake du jour. For dad related-holidays, I’m on deck.
