The Fit Tips Mission
Keeping kids healthy involves so much more than annual checkups and immunizations. Exercise, recreational fun and good nutrition are all part of the road to good, life-long health. The Pediatrics Now Fit Tips Team includes some of the most highly respected youth sports experts and trainers in the field today. These talented guys are are not only going to provide us with tips on keeping our kids fit but in helping us negotiate the often confusing world of youth sports today.

Small Changes, Big Results is designed to help you and your family make realistic changes to your every day lives that will help you improve the health of your mind, body and soul. The results may not happen over night, and may not require you to do more than tweak a few things here and there, but the impact on your over all health will be enormous!

Brian Grasso is considered one of the premier experts on youth athletic development in the world and is the Founder and Executive Director of the International Youth Conditioning Association.
A well-known, respected and outspoken leader in the youth athletic development industry, Brian has written feature articles for sport training magazines throughout North America and presented seminars covering youth athletic development and training topics to sporting organizations throughout the world. The list of governing bodies Brian has presented to includes, the National Coaching Education Program, the National Alliance for Youth Sports, the United States Figure Skating Association, the Illinois Olympic Development Program, Skate Canada, the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association and the Korean Aerobic Association among many others.
Brian began his sport-training career as a Performance Coach to Olympic, professional and elite athletes and has worked with over 10,000 young athletes worldwide and in several countries including the United States, Canada, Italy, Sweden, the Czech Republic and New Zealand.
