Greetings!
Hopefully the cold isn't keeping your family down to
much! Staying active in the winter can be a challenge
but get creative - head to malls and do some window
shopping while walking a few laps. Find a day that isn't
too cold and go for a brisk walk with a warm fire,
popcorn and hot chocolate waiting for all of you at
home. If nothing else, being stuck inside has one
advantage - it gets you all under the same roof! If
you've been hankering some family time, now's your

HPV vaccine? Are you recommending for your

Dear MR: Gardasil is a vaccine that targets Human
Papillomavirus or HPV. HPV is the major culprit in
cervical cancer in women and can go undetected for
years because it often does not have symptoms....

My 9 year old daughter is suddenly all tween!
From fashion concerns to friendship angst, and
even boys, the hormones are definitely starting to
churn. A couple month's ago she asked for this
Girl's Club thing - sounded innocent enough. I
figured we'd get the first round then cancel. I
really didn't expect much - and was pleasantly
surprised by the quality!
