Hello,
Happy almost
halloween! I'm sure your kids have already picked out their costumes
and are gearing up for next week's festivities. Trick or Treating
does offer a great deal of fun and creativity so if you are having
trouble with the "treat" part of the event, stay focused on that.
But, treats now and again are not bad - and learning to encorporate
treats into a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle is helpful to our
kids and healthy overall.
